C4C422 -February Sketch

Hello Friends!

I am on week three of my February guest spot on the Crazy4challenges blog.

This week is a sketch challenge and we used the sketch below.

I needed a get well card for a friend so I decided to jump start my mojo with this sketch.

I used the whale2stamp set from The Stamps of Life.

I colored the image with Prisma pencils and blended with gamsol and blending stumps.

The paper is from the Laugh Collection.

This is a fun sketch that I am sure I'll use again!

Give it a try for a fun challenge!

Thanks for stopping by!

Hey Pretty Lady!

Hey Pretty Lady!

Made another fun card today with the Flamingos2stamp set from The Stamps of Life.
I used the matching Flamingo Dies to cut out the flamingo.

Here's a closer look at the flamingo that I colored with Prisma pencils and blended with gamsol and blending stumps.

That awesome bow was created with the amazing Bow Die.

The paper is from my scrap heap but my whole scrap pile is from Stephanie's collection of fabulous papers.

I hope you enjoyed today's card.

Sizzix Thank You Card Front

I just realized that I haven't shared this fun Thank You Card yet.

I used the Sizzix Thank You Card Front Die.

First I die cut out of patterned paper.
Then I die cut out of red paper.
I trimmed the Thanks out of the red die cut paper and adhered it to the patterned paper to make it POP!

A little twine...a few heart stickers and there you have a quick, amazing Thank you card!

Thank you for stopping by to visit!

C4C421- Love and Appreciation

This is my second week of being a guest designer on the  Crazy4challenges blog.

Valentine's Day is right around the corner so today's  Crazy4challenges Blog challenge is to make a project that reflects love or appreciation.

It can be a Valentine, Anniversary, or Thinking of you card.

I made an appreciation card using Squirrels2love and the matching dies from The Stamps of life.

I used the Royal Stand Up Die for this card.
Here's how it looks when it's standing up open.

Here's a closer look at those adorable squirrels.
I colored them with Prisma Pencils and blended with gamsol and blending stumps.

I hope you enjoyed my card today and that you will check out the challenge on the Crazy4challenges blog.
