Happy to be Loved by You

Happy Friday!

I hope you  had a terrific week!  I have been lucky enough to find some time to stamp a couple of evenings this week and found some time to make this cute Easel Card.

The image is Buddy Makes a Friend.
I colored him with Prisma Colored Pencils and blended with gamsol and blending stumps.

The paper is Doodlebug Designs.
The flower is from Prima Marketing.

The sentiment is Loved by You.

Snowmen and snowflakes

Happy Thursday!

It's been a while since I shared a stencil project so I thought with all the crazy weather we have been having across the country this card would be perfect!

I created this card using stencils from Stampendous.

1. Stencil the snowflake cascade on a pink panel with regular embossing paste and set aside to dry
2. stencil the snowman on a white die cut circle panel with regular embossing paste and set aside to dry
3. Fold a 11" x 4 1/4" in half to create the card base
4. tie ribbon around the snowflake panel and adhere to the card base
5. replace the stencil on the snowman and sponge Splendor ink on the image to color
6, Back with a larger pink circle panel and then with a larger scallop edge dark pink panel
7. Adhere to card with 3D foam squares
Here's a closer look at this cutie!

Happy Birthday...Make a Wish!

Hello All!

We are half way through and I hope your week is going well!

We had another birthday at the office so I created another BIG card!

For this one I folded and 8 1/2" x 11" piece of cardstock in half to create a 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 card base.

It's just big enough for all 20 of us to sign!!

The image is a fun stamp from Art Impressions.

The sentiment is from the Birthday with Sizzix stamp set from The stamps of life.

The paper is from my favorite paper pack from Hobby Lobby.

I hope your enjoyed my card today and maybe got a little inspiration!

I'll be back tomorrow with some snowy inspiration.

The Joys of Winter

I spoke with my son yesterday and he was not enjoying the joys of winter in Rochester, NY.

We live in California and I can tell he is missing our weather a lot!

So it is fitting that the Stampendous team is sharing our snow cards this week.
I love this cute card but after my conversation with my son it makes me giggle a little!

I colored the image with Prisma colored pencils and blended it with gamsol and blending stumps.

I made the snow with Spoonful of Snow.

The pattern paper is Graphic45.

Happy Saturday!

I love Birthday Stamps and I really love this great new birthday set that was released by The Stamps of Life today.

It's called Stamps4partyhats.

This was pretty quick and easy to make which coincidentally, is also my favorite kind of card to make.

All the supplies to make this card are available from The Stamps of life.

And as always, there are tons of samples and ideas that you can find there too!
